What is the Maintenance Plan ($299/mo)?

For alumni who want to stay sharp: two 25‑minute check‑ins per month, seasonal refresh recommendations, two new outfit grids monthly, and quarterly profile tune‑ups.

Do you offer in‑person sessions or shopping?

We’re virtual‑only right now. That lets us support clients worldwide and keep your time investment low.

Do you work with women as clients?

Our primary focus is men. If you’re outside that scope and think we’re a fit, reach out—we’ll let you know if we can help.

Practicalities & Process

How do photo submissions work?

You’ll upload outfit photos (and a head/shoulders photo for profile review) via our secure intake form before the session. If files are large, we’ll provide a private cloud link.

What if I’m not comfortable showing my face?

Faces help us advise on necklines, grooming, and profile photos. If you prefer anonymity, you can crop or blur in outfit photos—your call. For the profile audit, we’ll still need at least one clear head‑and‑shoulders image to give accurate feedback.

What budgets do you work with?

All of them. We can build capsules from fast‑fashion to premium—the system stays the same; links match your budget.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see visible improvements in two weeks—better photos, sharper outfits, more confident first dates. Results vary, but the combination of style, grooming, and profile upgrades compounds quickly.

Do you guarantee dates or relationship outcomes?

No—there are too many variables. We do guarantee clear, actionable deliverables and ongoing guidance so you have the best chance to succeed.

Pricing, Payments & Policies

How do payments work?

The $349 Audit is paid at booking. If you choose a 4‑ or 6‑week program, we’ll invoice after the Audit. (If you need to discuss payment timing, mention it during your session.)

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Missed or late‑canceled sessions may be forfeited so we can honor everyone’s time.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our work is service‑based and customized, refunds aren’t typical once a session or deliverable has been provided. If something isn’t clear or usable, we’ll clarify or revise within scope.

Privacy & Data

How do you handle my photos and information?

We only use your photos and details to deliver your plan. Unless you give written permission to share anonymized before/after visuals, we don’t publish client images. We retain files for up to 90 days to support your deliverables, then delete them.

Will you post or edit my dating profiles directly?

We provide audits and recommendations. You make the final edits so you’re always in control of your voice and privacy.

What tools do we use for sessions?

Zoom for calls; simple forms and shared documents for deliverables. A laptop or phone with a camera and decent lighting is enough.

What time zones do you support?

We work with clients worldwide. If you don’t see a time that works, contact us—we can usually accommodate.
